Last Friday one of my work colleagues had her birthday and this is the little gift I gave her.
I'm in love with the new Scallop Tag Topper Punch. I wasn't going to buy it to begin with but then I started seeing all these amazing things you could do with it - so I HAD to buy it.
This card is easy to make and so effective. My little box is one I cased from Sam Donald in the UK.
